Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy. Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement. If you paid by another method, we will process the refund according to that method's procedures.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item. In such cases, we will refund the original shipping charges.
